What I like the most is how it makes something that was previously hard to measure much more visible. We can clearly see how our brand appears across AI tools, what people are asking, and how we are being represented in answers. The prompt-based structure is also very intuitive, as it pushes you to think like a real user.

At the beginning, it took us some time to understand what to track and how to approach it. Especially on the prompt side, there was a bit of trial and error involved.

What I like best is the competitive benchmarking capability. Maya AI allows us to move beyond vanity metrics and see the actual 'Share of Voice' our portfolio companies have within AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini. It instantly tells us if a competitor is controlling the narrative in AI answers. It transforms a 'black box' into actionable market intelligence.
